As a leading training provider of over twenty years standing. Interplay has supported the playwork field in a variety of ways. The organisation has a huge amount of experience in play and playwork to offer other play organisations. To this end Interplay can provide both research and seminars/conference design and support.

We can support organisations to design and develop research projects and initiatives in order to advance knowledge and inform practice in the field. When completed we can produce the results in report format. We can then advise as to the most effective strategy to promote the material to the field and promote its use by other play organisations, such as providing research seminars or presentations at conferences. We can also help prepare the research for submission to academic journals if required, or produce the research as a publication and sell it on behalf of the commissioning organisation.

Our expertise extends to designing and organising seminars and small conferences. We have done so for Milton Keynes Council, SkillsActive, Playwork SouthEast, Meynell Games to name a few.

We can support your organisation to develop and deliver seminars or conferences of your own to the play or playwork sectors or others. We have extensive experience of delivering seminars and presentations over the last twenty years, at local, regional, national, and international levels.

We can bring this experience to bear on your conference, to ensure it provides an excellent experience and high positive impact on those who participate.

Our expertise is focussed on making conferences playful and engaging. Emotionally colourful as opposed to grey and staid. We believe that a playful conference will be more enjoyable, memorable and inspiring. Having said that, we also have experience of delivering presentations at academic conferences, both national and international.
