Training Delivery.

We provide training, assessment, and internal quality assurance of qualifications, ensuring that professionals receive the highest quality of training and support. Our experienced assessors and trainers work closely with learners, guiding them towards reaching their full potential and can deliver their playwork practice to National Occupational Standards underpinned by The Playwork Principles. We can deliver training for a range of qualifications including Level 3 Award in Education & Training, Level 2, 3, 4 in Playwork, A1 & A2 Assessor Awards, Level 2 & level 3 in Forest School Leadership.

We can also deliver accredited off the peg training in playwork, including all of the courses available through Playwork Partnerships. Interplay can provide the whole range of training required by play practitioners and play teams, from a short 3-hour workshop at entry level right through to Higher Education level academic lectures on a specific theoretical concept related to play or playwork. The range of subjects we can deliver is incredibly broad in scope and can be very much practice based, such as supporting playing with fire, or more theoretical, such as exploring evolutionary playwork and its application in a play setting.

Our bespoke training is second to none and can be developed specifically for your play setting aimed to meet the specific challenges your play staff have to overcome.

In addition to delivering training, we specialise in supporting organisations to set up their own training and assessment centre. So that they can deliver training and qualifications themselves.

We can also support organisations to create their own bespoke qualifications and deliver them. We can provide support from the very start of the process at the design stage, right through to training delivery, assessment and internal quality assurance.
